About the role

  • Coach and drive Agile adoption
  • Lead the adoption of Lean and Scaled Agile principles across product teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for product leaders and teams on agile delivery, governance, and performance metrics
  • Implement and evolve the Digital Operating Model to improve speed, quality, and adaptability
  • Establish robust communication channels with users and stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of accountability and metrics-driven decision-making
  • Define and track KPIs for product operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in product operations, agile coaching, or program management within large enterprises
  • Proven expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean principles, and product-centric delivery models
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience driving cultural transformation and embedding accountability practices
  • Familiarity with digital product lifecycle and operating models (ideation to sunset)
  • Background in IT or Digital organizations with exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement frameworks and change management
  • Ability to work across global teams and manage cultural diversity.
