About the role

  • Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects
  • Assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design culvert design, and pavement design
  • Have hands-on involvement in permitting process
  • Significant interaction with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients
  • Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
  • Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
  • Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design)
  • Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering work
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
