About the role

  • Overall monitoring, forecasting and leadership over administrative responsibilities.
  • Overall optimization of admin resources.
  • Overall leadership for administrative duties.
  • Adjusting admin services to meet project / internal client strategic and evolving needs.
  • May establish training programs for admins and facilitate cross-training of resources.
  • Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
  • Manage administrative operations, such as communications, staffing, training, facilities planning, and policy exceptions.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 10+ years of strong lead administrative experience required
  • Demonstration of leadership.
  • High degree of administrative accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
