About the role
- Overall monitoring, forecasting and leadership over administrative responsibilities.
- Overall optimization of admin resources.
- Overall leadership for administrative duties.
- Adjusting admin services to meet project / internal client strategic and evolving needs.
- May establish training programs for admins and facilitate cross-training of resources.
- Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
- Manage administrative operations, such as communications, staffing, training, facilities planning, and policy exceptions.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years of strong lead administrative experience required
- Demonstration of leadership.
- High degree of administrative accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
