About the role
- Designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow flows and integrations for the service request and employee center modules
- Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and design solutions specific to service request and employee center needs
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to less experienced developers
- Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for the service request and employee center modules
- Troubleshooting issues and providing support to end-users for the service request and employee center modules
- Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform and develop innovative solutions for the service request and employee center modules
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow service request and employee center applications
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
