About the role
- Lead and grow the OT Solution group
- Carry full P&L accountability for OT projects
- Drive strategic growth and oversee complex program delivery
- Lead a high-performing team of solution architects, project managers, and project directors
- Drive expansion of OT solutions across North America and emerging markets
- Collaborate with Industry Market Leaders and Client Account Managers
- Oversee execution of multiple concurrent OT projects
- Provide executive oversight across the full project lifecycle
- Engage with executive stakeholders to drive transformational outcomes
- Architect and deploy industry-leading frameworks and integrated solutions
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of solution architects, project managers, and project directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 12-15+ years in a business/consulting environment
- Contributor or leader to acquire new engagements
- 15+ years of experience in Operational Technology and Grid Modernization
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting
- Proven experience building and scaling consulting practices, including Profit & Loss ownership
- Demonstrated depth of technical domain expertise and extensive delivery experience across diverse OT/IT programs
- Strong background in operational readiness and technical change management.
