About the role
- Develops familiarity by reading and applying departmental design guides and engineering codes
- Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts
- Prepares engineering deliverables such as drawings, reports, and specifications
- Performs research and develops recommendations for equipment and materials selection
- Prepares engineering calculations according to standard methods
- Coordinates with others and shares information as directed
- Focuses on the needs of internal clients while understanding external client's interests
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Prior internship in water sector or water courses preferred
