About the role
- Help address infrastructure challenges
- Work on a wide range of projects
- Assist in the preparation of engineering deliverables such as drawings, reports, specifications, and studies
- Perform routine research and develop recommendations for equipment/materials selection
- Collect, assimilate, and manage data for engineering work
- Prepare basic engineering calculations
- Share information and coordinate with others as requested
- Focus on the needs of internal clients
- Share knowledge of latest technology and processes
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from either a recognized accredited program
- Coursework and knowledge of Power Systems, Motors, Transformers, Renewable Energy, Power Delivery, or Three Phase Power Calculations
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Previous internship experience
- Basic knowledge of engineering design principles, design guides and standards
- Insights of industry trends and developing technologies
- Fundamental knowledge of construction practices and principles
