About the role
- Own the supply planning process for all coffee SKUs produced at Manchester and contracted manufacturers
- Develop and maintain mid-to-long-range production plans that align with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets
- Build achievable production schedules with Manufacturing and Operations teams
- Act as the primary supply planning contact for internal contract manufacturing and external partners
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance DOH targets and financial guardrails
- Generate reports on supply planning performance and service metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or 5+ years of experience in supply planning
- Demonstrated experience owning supply plans across multiple SKUs
- Strong understanding of capacity planning and inventory management
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations
- Proficiency in ERP and supply planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate forecast signals into executable production plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
