About the role
- Lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces, from early concept to production.
- Design core user flows that make advanced AI capabilities feel simple, natural, and usable.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship quickly.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models, especially for AI-driven experiences.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction.
- Help define and evolve A1’s design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Advocate for user experience while balancing product velocity and technical constraints.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product or UX designer, with a portfolio spanning web and mobile products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems.
- Experience working closely with engineers and product partners in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Willingness to take ownership from problem definition through shipped solution.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products (nice to have).
- Familiarity with usability testing and qualitative research methods (nice to have).
