About the role
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups across candidates, partners, media, and external networks
- Support scheduling and prioritization to ensure time is focused on the highest-impact areas
- Track ongoing conversations, action items, and ensure timely follow-through
- Prepare materials, summaries, and briefs for meetings and discussions
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage inbound requests and route them based on priority and relevance
- Support key initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders and keeping workstreams on track
- Maintain structured records, documentation, and high standards of confidentiality
Requirements
- Experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, operations, or coordination-heavy role
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute reliably
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Good judgment in handling sensitive information and external interactions
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
