About the role
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars efficiently.
- Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback.
- Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback.
- Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates.
- Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early.
- Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools (Nice to Have).
- Exposure to job posting optimisation or recruitment metrics (Nice to Have).
- Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations (Nice to Have).
- Fresh graduates with strong execution ability are welcome (Nice to Have).
