About the role

  • Sales and revenue responsibility
  • End-to-end responsibility for the entire sales cycle (lead → demo → proposal → closing)
  • Active lead generation (outbound & inbound) in private banking, wealth & asset management, and family offices
  • Conducting demos, contract negotiations and deal closures
  • Building a partner ecosystem (consultancies, system integrators and channel partners)
  • Development of referral and co-selling models
  • Market expansion across Europe, the Middle East and selected international markets
  • Representing Finartis at industry events and client conferences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within the financial services sector (WealthTech, FinTech, Financial Services)
  • Deep understanding of wealth and asset management processes
  • Proven track record closing complex, long-duration software deals (≥ CHF 250–500k ARR/year)
  • Strong network within private banks, asset managers, family offices or consulting firms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of autonomy, KPI-driven
  • Excellent English; German required; additional languages (especially French) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
