- Responsible for building a team to support BitMEX globally
- Identify processes and procedures beneficial to the company and implement them
- Manage IT spend and budget
- Ensure IT team is empowered to perform their tasks

Requirements
- Critical thinking and desire to grow within the role
- 15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of management experience.
- Capacity to communicate on both technical and non technical levels, translate between levels of knowledge
- Ability to manage vendor/supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, ongoing maintenance and problem-resolution.
- Expertise managing external consultants
- Strong communication skills & technical background
