About the role
- Primary force behind revenue growth: identify, pursue, and close new business with hyperscale and other key partners
- Create and execute strategic sales plan and build robust pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Design and present custom data center solutions (powered shell to turnkey facilities) for AI, ML, and HPC workloads
- Work closely with internal teams to address high-density power, cooling, and performance requirements
- Lead full sales cycle: write proposals, give presentations, negotiate contracts, and navigate procurement
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape and provide voice-of-customer feedback to shape products and strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B solution selling with verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets
- Direct experience selling data center solutions (powered shell, co-location, build-to-suit)
- Strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure (high-density power, liquid cooling, networking)
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and executive audiences
- Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, large enterprises, or major technology companies (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
