About the role
- Create and execute a strategic business development plan
- Build a robust pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical leaders
- Provide custom solutions that meet a client's specific performance, scalability, and budget needs
- Lead every stage of the business development process, from writing proposals to negotiating contracts

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B solution business development
- Experience selling data center solutions, such as powered shell, co-location, or build-to-suit projects
- Strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure, including high-density power, liquid cooling, and networking
- Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, large enterprises, or major technology companies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
