Chief Operating Officer

• Oversee the entire Product Management organization, setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for all BTM, BDCheckout, and emerging FinTech product lines. Drive innovation and a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships with major financial institutions, payment processors, and key retail/merchant networks to expand our footprint and service offerings.
• Lead and optimize core operational functions (e.g., Customer Service, Logistics, and Field Operations, Marketing) to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adherence to regulatory requirements as a public company.
• Own key operational and product-related P&L components, ensuring initiatives meet financial targets and contribute positively to overall company growth and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the President, CEO, CFO, and other executive leaders to translate the company's vision and strategy into actionable, high-impact operational plans.

Bookkeeper

• Serve as the primary backup to the Payroll function, assisting with the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry for hours, deductions, and employee changes.
• Utilize UKG Pro (or similar UKG platform) to perform administrative duties such as updating employee records, managing time-off balances, and ensuring data integrity.
• Troubleshoot common payroll or system-related issues and errors within the UKG platform, escalating complex problems to the primary Payroll Analyst or IT as needed.
• Generate and distribute standard reports (e.g., headcount, hours worked, turnover) from UKG for management, HR, and finance teams as requested.
• Assist in maintaining internal documentation for payroll processes and UKG system procedures.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the new employee onboarding process, including system setup, sending initial paperwork, and ensuring all required documents are completed and filed.
• Administer support for the employee offboarding process, including processing termination paperwork, coordinating final paychecks with the Payroll team, and managing system access revocation.
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as benefits enrollment support, assistance with open enrollment activities, and fielding basic employee questions regarding HR policies.
• Manage highly confidential employee and compensation information with the utmost discretion.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties for the Payroll and HR teams, as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to ensure a smooth flow of employee data and information.

• Maintain and improve (refactor/document) the existing product
• Clearly communicate timelines, estimates, and options to non-technical management

Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Customer Support

• Promptly and politely answer incoming calls, emails and text messages from customers using Zendesk, Gmail, Slack and in-house tools
• Multitask between phone, email, chat, and SMS to assist customers
• Work alongside other departments using Slack, Bitaccess, and GSuite
• Monitor Customer “ID Approval” requests with urgency and accuracy
• Troubleshoot customers with blockers on their accounts
• Notate customer accounts with helpful notes for other agents
• Fill out scam reports spreadsheet, gather pertinent information, and ban scammer accounts from the network
