Account Manager

• Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Sales, the Senior Account Manager focuses on the direct selling of bit.bio’s iPSC-derived cell products for basic research and drug discovery purposes in academic and commercial sectors.
• Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy for your assigned region.
• Prospecting and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities and converting these into sales.
• Owning the full sales process – from outreach and lead follow-up to negotiations and closing.
• Building both tactical and strategic customer relationships, including high-volume supply agreements (100M–1B+ cells).
• Delivering compelling product presentations via digital meetings and in-person site visits.
• Leveraging tools such as GlobalData and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and customer intelligence.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to share customer insights and influence product development.
• Aligning with marketing and product management to execute targeted campaigns and lead strategies.
• Representing bit.bio at key scientific conferences, symposiums, and events.
