- - High conversion rate from sourcing to executed LOIs

Requirements
- - Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through Closing
- - Relationships in the Atlanta market
- - Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions and presenting opportunities clearly
- - **Experience underwriting industrial transactions **
- - Highly skilled at multitasking
