About the role

  • Manage Purchasing processes including Stock Transport Orders (STOs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain Purchasing Master Data including vendor master and material master.
  • Integrate SAP GTS for compliance and trade regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical resources for testing and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Purchasing processes including Stock Transport Orders (STOs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Purchasing Master Data such as vendor master, material master, and purchasing info records.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GTS integration, specifically handling calls to GTS from STO and PO transactions for compliance and trade regulations.
  • Core SAP Materials Management knowledge.
  • Experience with integration between SD (Sales and Distribution), Logistics, and MM (Materials Management) modules.
  • Expertise in message setup for all MM/SD/Log documents.
  • Ability to document functional design specifications for the technical team.
  • Capability to work with technical resources to explain and support unit testing where required.
  • Experience in completing system integration testing.
  • Ability to work with interaction partners to troubleshoot any issues.
