About the role
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required
- A Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Experience in budget development and oversight
- Ability to negotiate terms with vendors and stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Ability to identify and resolve project-related issues
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Experience in managing changes to project scope
- Skills in resolving disagreements and conflicts within the project team
