About the role

  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the account, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders across Pharma, MedTech, and R&D verticals.
  • Lead strategic planning and governance discussions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams including SAP, GenAI, RPA, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, quality benchmarks, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Lead solutioning and proposal development for new opportunities, including RFP responses and SOW negotiations.
  • Work closely with offshore delivery leads, practice heads, and domain experts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account and convert them into billable engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Healthcare Domain Knowledge, or related field.
  • 15+ years in IT delivery and account management, with at least 5 years in onsite leadership roles.
  • Strong background in Healthcare or Pharma, including regulatory compliance, clinical systems, and patient engagement platforms.
  • PMP, SAFE, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Prior experience managing large healthcare accounts.
  • Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML, and Data Science initiatives in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA.
