About the role

  • Technical Salesforce Developer with experience in complex software development, implementation, and support
  • Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations, fix defects, and build new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of Salesforce (SFDC) development and implementation experience
  • Experience in building Salesforce applications from development through deployment and support
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
  • Ability to identify, gather, and analyse requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Analyse detailed business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancements
  • Correct programming errors, respond to scope changes, and implement application improvements
  • Experience working with APIs and Salesforce security settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
