- Lead and support analysis of reinsurance underwriting related business processes
- Identify and initiate business process improvements
- Create and manage business requirements in product backlog

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Domain concepts and workflow
- 7+ years of experience in Reinsurance core business processes
- Ability to Lead and support the analysis of reinsurance underwriting related business processes
- Knowledge of business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical architecture
- Experience in managing business requirements in the product backlog (agile way of working)
- Demonstrable experience in analysis of business demands
- Strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skills
