About the role

  • Identify, pursue, and close new SAP business opportunities across industries and geographies.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SAP offerings including S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, and Public Cloud.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and SAP ecosystem partners.
  • Achieve and exceed SAP sales targets through proactive hunting and strategic account penetration.
  • Collaborate with SAP and other technology partners to create joint value propositions.
  • Represent Birlasoft in SAP forums, events, and industry discussions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to ensure successful deal closure and execution.

Requirements

  • 18+ years overall with at least 8–10 years in SAP sales leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of SAP solutions including S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, and Public Cloud.
  • Proven experience in SAP sales hunting roles with strong track record of revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with SAP ecosystem, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and influence decision-making.
