Requirements

  • 5-7 years
  • Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Must have Automotive or Manufacturing domain experience
  • Good understanding of DMS and related processes.
  • Should have good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes.
  • Should have good understanding of Salesforce, basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities
  • Must have experience of requirement analysis and detailing, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation
  • Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement
  • Must have experience in conducting UAT with business users and trainings
  • Should have good understanding of Sales and Service management process
  • Should be able to leads or conducts requirements management activities, ensuring that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders
  • Should have good communication skill
