About the role

  • Work with business stakeholders (including Agencies and PMO) to gather and clarify requirements and work items.
  • Document and maintain BRDs, SDDDs, and RDDs.
  • Support development teams in translating Business Rules into functional requirements.
  • Create/update process flows and diagrams using Visio to support requirement understanding.
  • Manage and track User Stories, Tasks, and Defects/Bugs in Azure DevOps.
  • Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams.
  • Ensure requirements are within scope and align with project goals and timelines.
  • Support requirements/process flow reviews and walkthroughs.
  • Support Requirements traceability matrix(RTM).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in requirement analysis and documentation.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
