About the role

  • Lead the design and implementation of generative AI solutions, leveraging NLP, text analytics, sentiment analysis, transformer models, gen-AI, LLM and vector databases to drive innovation and business impact
  • Develop and execute gen-AI roadmaps, ensuring the successful delivery of gen-AI projects/solutions from ideation to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Innovate and experiment with new Gen AI technologies to enhance our product offerings
  • Oversee the design and optimization of gen-AI algorithms, models, and frameworks, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Experiment with cutting-edge techniques and stay abreast of advancements in the field of generative AI
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable gen-AI solutions, driving tangible value for the organization
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Lead technical discussions and guide development teams in implementing solutions using Python, Flask, FastAPI, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and standards
  • Work on deploying AI models into production environments and ensure scalability and reliability
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development in AI technologies
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to achieve AI excellence

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in IT Industry
  • 2+ years in the field of Generative AI
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph)
  • Must have experience working with any agentic framework
  • Experience with Azure AI Search or vector databases
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and processes
  • Proven ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms and related technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Extensive experience in developing and deploying Python applications
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
  • Ability to write modular and maintainable code using Python.
