About the role
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and values
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
- Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts)
- Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure Agile processes are followed consistently across the team
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with distributed or global teams (Good-to-Have)
