About the role
- Develop and optimize Salesforce flows, Apex code, and LWC components.
- Collaborate with the Lead Developer and follow technical guidelines and architectural best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned development tasks with high-quality, maintainable code.
- Follow best coding practices, including optimized queries, error handling, and reusability.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to enhance system reliability.
- Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Assist in integrating third-party applications and maintaining existing Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in SFDC flows, Apex programming, and LWC components.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best development practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with technical leads.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, API integrations, and data handling.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are preferred.
