About the role
- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into end products.
- Gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality.
- Conduct functional assessments at client sites within manufacturing/distribution/planning areas.
- Configure and test ERP to satisfy business requirements.
- Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, including pilot testing, data validation, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues.
- Liaise between client and developers for custom programming needs.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of hands on experience with implementing or supporting ERP applications.
- Candidates with experience in implementing and supporting BaaN in a manufacturing / distribution / planning environment strongly preferred.
- Well versed with Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules of – Finance (CMG, GLD, AR, AP)
- Knowledge of tp-Project module and Product Configurator is added advantage.
