Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager with successful people management skills and a bias for action.
- Strong set of technical skills, able to weigh in on technical discussions and drive good technical practices.
- Applied knowledge of the ins and outs of coaching & growing distributed product teams.
- Embrace change, able to take a step back.
- Focus on outcomes over processes, and coach your team to do the same.
- Inspired by, and seeks to embody our values.
- Humble, loves learning new things and can mentor or coach others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
