About the role
- Manage the candidate process, from sourcing to the transition to onboarding, to ensure a thorough, streamlined, and engaging candidate experience.
- Evaluate skill level and culture fit, make salary recommendations, and manage the offer phase.
- Ensure the hiring team’s collaboration and preparedness throughout the interview and offer process; foster the timely exchange of information.
- Leverage ATS reporting functionality to communicate candidate pipelines and recruiting status as appropriate.
- Implement innovative and proven strategies to source a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool; proactively research and investigate new ideas and tools to source passive candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated success recruiting sales/GTM positions
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
- Exceptional verbal/written/persuasive communication skills
- Results-oriented, consistently exceeds established metrics and goals
- Experience in advanced, innovative sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Deep understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools (Indeed, Paylocity, & LinkedIn a plus)
