About the role
- Generate market or target-specific intelligence related to emerging needs/relevant issues to effectively engage participants in Community Market™ surveys
- Sustain and grow participation in Community™ Market surveys and convert clients to drive sales aligned to internal Business Development metrics
- Feed market intelligence and follow engagement processes that involve customer retention initiatives, loyalty programs, and gathering customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
- Explain the value and process of participation to clients/participants to build an informed dialogue and basis for expanded service
- Develop and nurture relationships with customer accounts
- Secure participation of target employers and hand off to counterparts in the Survey Operations team in a timely and coordinated manner
- Develop and present tailored solutions that align with the client's needs
- Demonstrate the value proposition of the organization's offerings and highlight key benefits and competitive advantages of joining the market study
