About the role

  • Lead migrations of workloads from on-premises to the cloud
  • Implement new cloud solutions from design through delivery
  • Create base environments and automate provisioning
  • Incident response and problem management for cloud services
  • Monitoring of infrastructure and applications
  • Patch management and scheduled maintenance
  • Backup administration and recovery
  • Change request management (CRs)
  • Performance and cost optimization
  • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance and reduction of technical debt
  • Container orchestration and management (Kubernetes)
  • Maintenance of integrations and APIs
  • Process and infrastructure automation
  • Adhere to defined corporate standards and processes
  • Produce technical documentation

Requirements

  • Experience as a Cloud Engineer / Cloud Administrator
  • Strong experience with at least one public cloud (Azure or AWS)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in:
  • Networking and connectivity
  • Cloud security
  • Identity and access management
  • Service provisioning
  • Proven experience with Terraform (IaC)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and GitOps practices
  • Experience with Kubernetes and managed services (AKS/EKS)
  • Programming for automation (preferably Python)
  • Advanced English for professional communication
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Good communication with technical and business teams
  • Commitment to documentation and quality
  • Interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Certifications:
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
