• Respond to inbound inquiries about BioTalent Canada’s programs and projects
• Engage employers and industry players for participation in programs and projects
• Research leads and prospects to identify contacts and qualify opportunities
• Develop and maintain employer relationships by understanding their needs
• Transfer qualified opportunities to appropriate team members for further business development
• Track activity and progress in the CRM system
• Prioritize lead generation efforts
