About the role
- Undertake the management of specific projects or cases regarding patient reimbursement and coordination for the NavieGo branch
- Responsible for overall management of own patient cases
- Act as the Primary point of contact for physicians to enroll patients into a NavieGo managed program
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clinics and physicians
- Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician' offices and healthcare professionals
- Acquire in depth knowledge of public/private and federal funding mechanisms
- Assist physicians and/or their staff to complete all relevant Patient Support Program forms
- Act as the main resource for NavieGo to request missing or additional information from respective physician offices, pharmacies, and/or other Health Care providers
- Respond promptly and professionally to physician enrolment requests
- Facilitate paperwork required for patient reimbursement renewals.
Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French is a requirement
- Ability to handle a high caseload in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer/client service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (Google apps, Word, Excel)
- Professional/courteous/efficient telephone manner
- Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience in a reimbursement role is a strong asset
- Experience in biologics will be considered an asset
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
