About the role

  • Own and manage OneIT Service Request Management and OneIT Demand Management processes and closely collaborate with the Global Process Owners beyond OneIT and the Enterprise Service Management Team.
  • Ensure proper process documentation, onboarding of roles and drive tool integration with respective technical product owners.
  • Own the process lifecycle, including design, maintenance, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with global process standards.
  • Conduct high-level analysis and design activities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, supporting BNT strategy.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among all E2E process stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution.
  • Define and monitor performance targets and KPIs for the process, aligned with global standards and strategic goals.
  • Manage process-related demands and lead or support projects impacting the process.
  • Oversee integration and harmonization of process-related data and systems across the E2E landscape.
  • Maintain oversight and veto rights for process-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and control Frameworks.
  • Drive adherence to process standards, compliance requirements, and risk management practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Relevant completed vocational Training or completed relevant higher education
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of process governance, compliance and risk frameworks as well as data & system integration principles
  • ITIL Certification, ServiceNow knowledge preferred, Process Modelling skills preferred, BPMN Knowledge
  • Experience in Service Request Management and Demand Management, including process optimization and stakeholder alignment
  • Proven experience in end-to-end (E2E) process ownership, including design, implementation and continuous improvement in an international/complex environment
  • Demonstrated experience in defining, tracking and improving process KPIs and performance targets
  • Experience driving process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units or functions
  • Ability to challenge the status quo constructively and drive change management initiatives
  • Structured, methodical working style with strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate business needs into process designs and requirements, paired with a deep understanding of overarching contexts and strategic interconnections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and decision-making capability (including exercising “veto rights” where necessary)
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and aligning multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
  • Fluent English skills, both oral and written
