About the role
- Develop Supply Chain and Procurement Plans, including specific action items and related KPIs
- Oversee purchasing compliance, operational forecasting, manufacturing demand planning
- Drive implementation of the Metals Group Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP) process
- Negotiate with vendors for raw materials and services
- Optimize rough cut capacity plans and master scheduling processes
- Build and mentor a high performing Supply Chain Team
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in various supply chain and purchasing roles
- 5+ years in a senior leadership position managing within a large facility or multi-site facilities
- Supply chain experience with medical CDMOs or OEMs is strongly preferred
- Undergraduate degree; MBA is a plus
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of inventory techniques, vendor sourcing, and standard costing
