About the role
- Manage and strategically develop existing key accounts in Southern Germany
- Expand long-term customer relationships within industrial surface cleaning sectors (e.g. metalworking, automotive, mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing)
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively acquire new customers
- Develop customer-specific solutions together with application engineering and product management
- Conduct contract negotiations and assume responsibility for sales and results within the sales territory
- Perform market and competitor analyses and derive sales strategies
Requirements
- Degree or completed vocational training in chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of technically complex products, ideally in the chemical, process, or surface treatment industry
- Experience in key account management and working with industrial customers
- Technical understanding of industrial cleaning processes is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- High willingness to travel within Southern Germany
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
