About the role
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international invoicing, including preparation, review, corrections, cancellations, archiving, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor the full invoicing and receivables lifecycle, track overdue and upcoming payments, plan and manage collection schedules, and proactively follow up on collections.
- Analyze delayed or at-risk receivables, identify root causes, and implement mitigation actions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Execute and record daily banking and payment transactions (EFT/wire transfers), match bank movements with open invoices, and manage vendor and international employee payments.
- Process and reconcile customer and vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Maintain cash flow tracking, prepare and update monthly cash flow forecasts, and analyze trends to support financial planning and liquidity management.
- Prepare and present regular sales, receivables, and collection reports (weekly and monthly) to management, including international invoice balances and collection status.
- Support month-end closing activities in line with IFRS, coordinate financial data across subsidiaries, and contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Residence on the Anatolian side of Istanbul is acceptable.
