About the role

  • Manage end-to-end domestic and international invoicing, including preparation, review, corrections, cancellations, archiving, and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Monitor the full invoicing and receivables lifecycle, track overdue and upcoming payments, plan and manage collection schedules, and proactively follow up on collections.
  • Analyze delayed or at-risk receivables, identify root causes, and implement mitigation actions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute and record daily banking and payment transactions (EFT/wire transfers), match bank movements with open invoices, and manage vendor and international employee payments.
  • Process and reconcile customer and vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
  • Maintain cash flow tracking, prepare and update monthly cash flow forecasts, and analyze trends to support financial planning and liquidity management.
  • Prepare and present regular sales, receivables, and collection reports (weekly and monthly) to management, including international invoice balances and collection status.
  • Support month-end closing activities in line with IFRS, coordinate financial data across subsidiaries, and contribute to the improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Residence on the Anatolian side of Istanbul is acceptable.
