Chief of Staff

• Support the CEO in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and coordinated initiatives
• Track progress of key initiatives, KPIs, and organizational objectives
• Ensure visibility, accountability, and timely execution across functions

• Act as Local Regulatory Affairs Manager in the assigned territory.
• Oversee and manage all local Regulatory Affairs activities related to Medicinal Products (MP), Medical Devices (MD), and Food Supplements (FS), ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory framework.
• Maintain timely and effective communication with local Competent Authorities.
• Monitor and report changes in national regulatory requirements on a regular basis.
• Develop and/or review of regulatory strategy to support product lifecycle planning, including initial market entry and post-approval changes.
• Prepare regulatory documentation for submission to Competent Authorities. Regulatory submissions.

Project Manager

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment operations, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation tracking, contract management, and offboarding
• Take an active role in international HR process integration, working closely with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions
• Support the execution of HR administration and personnel file management, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Human Resources Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international invoicing, including preparation, review, corrections, cancellations, archiving, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Monitor the full invoicing and receivables lifecycle, track overdue and upcoming payments, plan and manage collection schedules, and proactively follow up on collections.
• Analyze delayed or at-risk receivables, identify root causes, and implement mitigation actions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Execute and record daily banking and payment transactions (EFT/wire transfers), match bank movements with open invoices, and manage vendor and international employee payments.
• Process and reconcile customer and vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Accounting Manager

• Lead the team of local and international group accounting: manage consolidation, group reporting, month-end/quarter-end/year-end close,
• Financial reporting & compliance: ensure timely, accurate consolidated financial statements, statutory filings and disclosures in line with IFRS or local GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Tax strategy & compliance: own corporate tax position across jurisdictions, oversee tax compliance (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding, payroll taxes), tax returns, provision calculation, and relationship with external tax advisors and authorities.
• Management and coordination of statutory and group audits;
• Tax risk management & planning: lead tax risk identification, transfer pricing oversight, tax-efficient structuring, M&A tax diligence and post-deal integration support.
