Bookkeeper

• Du bist im Team verantwortlich für die Buchführung einzelner Bioland-Unternehmen und stellst sicher, dass alle Finanzprozesse korrekt und zuverlässig abgewickelt werden

• Together with the team, you ensure reliable quality assurance at our processing and trade partners — with a focus on compliance with Bioland guidelines in the context of inspections and certification.
• Review and evaluation of inspection results from Bioland partner operations
• Processing applications for exceptions and approvals in accordance with Bioland guidelines
• Ensuring a smooth inspection season (e.g., updating documentation, providing training)
• Handling inquiries regarding inspection and certification of partners; advising partners and inspection bodies
• Contributing to the further development and optimization of quality assurance processes

• You and your administration team ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the main contact for guests, callers and colleagues — combining organizational talent, an eye for detail and a service-oriented attitude

• Du kombinierst Fachberatung und Projektarbeit in einer Aufgabe mit Wirkung – regional und bundesweit
• Betreuung von Betrieben in Schleswig-Holstein
• Engagement im bundesweiten Projekt „LeguNet“ für den Ausbau des Körnerleguminosenanbaus
• Begleitung von Projektbetrieben im Rahmen von LeguNet – mit Anbauberatung, Anlage von Demoparzellen und Praxiswissen rund um Körnerleguminosen
• Entwicklung regionaler Wertschöpfungsketten – im Austausch mit Handel, Verarbeitung und landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben
• Wissenstransfer in regionalen Veranstaltungen, Vorträgen und Artikeln
• Fachliche Beratung unserer Mitgliedsbetriebe zu aktuellen Fragen des ökologischen Ackerbaus
• Unterstützung von Ackerbaubetrieben bei der Umstellung auf den Ökolandbau
