About the role
- At Bioland you don’t just create content — you make organic agriculture visible, tangible and understandable.
- With your ideas you bring our core topics to our target audiences: from consumers to producers and manufacturers, through to retailers and the hospitality sector.
- You turn complex topics into clear, compelling visuals.
- Specifically, you are responsible for: graphic and editorial adaptation and translation of complex relationships and processes for various formats and channels
- Project & community management
- Acting as the interface with agencies, creators and internal specialist departments
- Briefing, quality control and systematic final approval of delivered assets against defined standards
- Processing, coordination and documentation of brand approvals
- Community management, including confidently handling critical comments
Requirements
- Content creation
- Excellent graphic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
- Ability to present complex topics clearly and with strong visuals — e.g. confident presentation design and creation of infographics
- Strong brand and design understanding for quick and reliable implementation of CI‑compliant solutions
- Storytelling and editorial competence: very good sense for language, target groups, platforms and the development of suitable content formats (text, image, graphic — video is desirable)
- Project & community management
- Experience working on projects including preparing briefs, quality control and timing management
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams for structured and creative collaboration and communication
- Confident community management and a composed approach to critical comments and complaints
- Advantageous: experience with influencer collaborations (concepts, coordination, selection, briefings, approvals, contract processes, performance analysis)
- Education or degree in media design / communication design or a comparable qualification
- Service orientation while being able to set priorities and assess requests realistically
- Structured and independent working style and highly organized approach to file and folder structures
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
