About the role

  • Own and evolve global launch governance and readiness frameworks for new strategic franchise
  • Lead launch stage‑gate criteria, endorsements, and readiness assessments
  • Provide portfolio‑level oversight of global launches and major lifecycle events
  • Facilitate strategic tradeoff decisions across timing, scope, supply, and SKU strategy
  • Design and support complex, non‑standard launch supply and flow‑of‑goods solutions
  • Define pre‑approval and managed access supply strategies where applicable
  • Identify launch risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning
  • Deliver executive‑ready insights on launch readiness, risks, and milestones
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of launch excellence tools, playbooks, and KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline
  • At least 12 years of related supply chain experience within pharma/biotech
  • Deep expertise in global product launches, lifecycle management, supply chain strategy, manufacturing readiness, and flow-of-goods/legal entity models within a regulated environment
  • Financial and enterprise‑level risk assessment acumen
  • Experience with complex or constrained supply launches
  • Executive communication and decision enablement with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong cross‑functional and matrix leadership skills
  • Advanced analytical and systems‑thinking capabilities
  • APICS certification or equivalent experience (Preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma/ Green Belt certification (Preferred)
