About the role
- Own and evolve global launch governance and readiness frameworks for new strategic franchise
- Lead launch stage‑gate criteria, endorsements, and readiness assessments
- Provide portfolio‑level oversight of global launches and major lifecycle events
- Facilitate strategic tradeoff decisions across timing, scope, supply, and SKU strategy
- Design and support complex, non‑standard launch supply and flow‑of‑goods solutions
- Define pre‑approval and managed access supply strategies where applicable
- Identify launch risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning
- Deliver executive‑ready insights on launch readiness, risks, and milestones
- Contribute to continuous improvement of launch excellence tools, playbooks, and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline
- At least 12 years of related supply chain experience within pharma/biotech
- Deep expertise in global product launches, lifecycle management, supply chain strategy, manufacturing readiness, and flow-of-goods/legal entity models within a regulated environment
- Financial and enterprise‑level risk assessment acumen
- Experience with complex or constrained supply launches
- Executive communication and decision enablement with ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong cross‑functional and matrix leadership skills
- Advanced analytical and systems‑thinking capabilities
- APICS certification or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma/ Green Belt certification (Preferred)
