Sales

• Responsible for sales of Simple Western and Cellular Analysis instruments, related systems, and consumables within the assigned Southeast territory
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the portfolio to increase sales and grow market share in the territory
• Field-based sales role supporting customers throughout the Southeast territory
• Achieve sales targets through application of consultative selling methods
• Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts
• Work closely with the full Commercial Team to ensure a coordinated approach to customers and promote all solutions
• Field sales located in the assigned territory and visiting customers 75% of the time
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for both instruments and reagents in the Immunoassay Product Lines
• Use SalesForce.com to manage all active leads, customers, and opportunities and track progress and KPIs via dashboards
• Plan and execute account management to accomplish goals and follow company vision
• Ensure customers understand value proposition, features & benefits, competitive advantages, and applications of relevant products
