About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organization's business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics
- Facilitate a community of cross-functional analytics leaders to align on common strategies, tools, training and priorities, consolidating tools, reports and dashboards wherever possible
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies and evaluate their potential to improve our data analysis capabilities
- Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security measures
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are optimized to support efficient data collection, storage, and analysis
- Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, promoting the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts across functional domains , providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
- A master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools
- Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques
- Certification in relevant analytics tools or methodologies is a plus.
