Lead month-end/year-end close and entity consolidations.
Oversee the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
Drive the preparation of comprehensive internal and external financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
Provide insightful commentary for management on variance analysis and trends.
Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, coordinating the delivery of audit schedules and technical memos.
Own revenue recognition and contract accounting policies.
Identify and execute improvements to accounting processes, including the automation of expense management and ERP integrations.
Partner with Operations, Sales, and HR to eliminate process bottlenecks.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance + CPA Designation (Required).
Progressive accounting experience with a minimum 3-5 years in a senior accounting role.
Experience supporting ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred).
Advanced Excel proficiency (complex financial modeling, data manipulation, Power Query experience preferred).
Experience managing a high performing team
Strong analytical logic, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
