About the role

  • Manage local social media channels, community events / online sessions, series of product webinars / AMAs.
  • Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
  • Cover localization from global initiatives & lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
  • Directly collaborate with regional Binance Angels and content agencies for communication efficiency.
  • Participate in growth experiments and help analyze performance metrics.
  • Assist with SEO strategy execution (keyword research, content optimization).
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Community Building.
  • Strong interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus).
  • Trilingual English/Kazak/Russian **is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.**
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to details.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
