About the role
- Understand investigator workflows and user needs within the Automated Investigation and Incident Response domain. The outcome will be user insights that guide product decisions and design direction.
- Translate product requirements and user insights into clear user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs that guide product development.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex investigative workflows, large datasets, and technical users. The result will be efficient and usable tools that help investigators work faster and more effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—including discovery, ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
- Design end-to-end product experiences including navigation structures, interaction patterns, dashboards, data visualizations, and investigation workflows.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from internal teams and customers to validate design decisions and continuously improve the product experience.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system that ensures UI consistency and scalability across the product.
- Improve product usability by continuously refining interactions, layout, visual hierarchy, and interface details.
- Apply UI improvements directly within the product when appropriate using modern AI-assisted tools and development workflows, enabling faster iteration and reducing engineering bottlenecks for UI-level changes.
- Support a culture of collaboration and learning within the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and design practices.
Requirements
- Experienced in working remotely within distributed teams
- A strong growth mindset and curiosity about users and complex problems
- Experience working as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer within cross-functional product teams
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing software products or SaaS platforms
- Experience designing complex web applications or technical products
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or similar tools
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or discovery activities
- Ability to design structured workflows, dashboards, and data-intensive interfaces
- Interest in working in a fast-growing company and contributing to the evolution of the product design function.
