About the role
- Facilitate Live Training.
- Create Training Content & Materials.
- Assist in Developing Feedback and Training Measurement Criteria.
- Run Training Pilots/Focus Groups.
- Coordinate Ongoing Learning Events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in the US Client Services department, or equivalent external experience.
- 1 or more years of experience supporting L&D initiatives that impact Client Services professionals.
- Out-of-Home (OOH) Media and/or Client Services experience strongly preferred, but not required.
